Time for serving summons
Full text (English)
Service shall in all cases be made a sufficient time before the time specified in the summons for the attendance of the person summoned, to allow him a reasonable time for preparation and for travelling to the place .at which his attendance is required.

सभी दशाओं में तामील उस समय से पर्याप्त समय पूर्व की जाएगी जो समनित व्यक्ति की हाजिरी के लिए समन में विनिर्दिष्ट हो, जिससे उसे तैयारी करने के लिए और उस स्थान तक जहां पर उसकी हाजिरी अपेक्षित है, यात्रा करने के लिए युक्तियुक्त समय मिल सके ।
