Decree in suit for account between principal and agent
Full text (English)
In a suit for an account of pecuniary transactions between a principal and an agent, and in any other suit not hereinbefore provided for, where it is necessary, in order to ascertain the amount of money due to or from any party, that an account should be taken, the Court shall, before passing its final decree, pass a preliminary decree directing such accounts to be taken as it thinks fit.

बाबत लेखा के लिए वाद में, और ऐसे किसी अन्य वाद में, जिसके लिए इसमें इसके पूर्व उपबन्ध नहीं किया गया है, जहां
यह आवश्यक हो कि उस धन की रकम को, जो किसी पक्षकार को या पक्षकार से शोध्य है, अभिनिश्चित करने के लिए लेखा लिया जाना
चाहिए, न्यायालय
लय अपनी अन्तिम डिक्री पारित करने के पूर्व ऐसी प्रारम्भिक डिक्री पारित कर सकेगा जिसमें ऐसे लेखाओं के लिए जाने
का निदेश होगा
जिनका लिया जाना वह ठीक समझे ।
