The provisions contained in rules 18 and 19 shall apply to decrees for sale in enforcement of a mortgage or charge.

वादों में प्रति-डिक्रियां और प्रतिदावे--नियम 8 और नियम 9 में अन्तर्विष्ट उपबन्ध, बन्धक या भार का प्रवर्तन कराने में विक्रय की डिक्रियों को लोगू होंगे ।
