Full text (English)
A commission under rule 19 may be issued to any Court within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the witness resides, or, where 3*** the witness resides within the omitted by the A.O. 1937. local limits of 1[the ordinary original civil jurisdiction of the High Court], to any person whom the Court thinks fit to execute the commission.

नियम 9 के अधीन कमीशन किसी भी ऐसे न्यायालय के नाम जिसकी अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर साक्षी निवासी करता है या जहां 3*** साक्षी “उच्च न्यायालय की मामूली आरम्भिक सिविल अधिकारिता] की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर निवास करता है वहां किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के नाम जिसे न्यायालय कमीशन का निष्पादन करने के लिए ठीक समझे, निकाला जा सकेगा ।
