Full text (English)
Where there are several trustees, executors or administrators, they shall all be made parties to a suit against one or more of them:
Provided that the executors who have not proved their testator’s will, and trustees, executors and administrators outside 1[India], need not be made parties.

जहां कोई न्यासी, निष्पादक या प्रशासक हो वहां ऐसे वाद में जो उनमें से एक या अधिक के विरुद्ध हों, वे सभी पक्षकार बनाए जाएंगे :
परन्तु जिन्होंने अपने वसीयतकर्ता की विल को साबित नहीं किया है, ऐसे निष्पादकों को और [भारत] से बाहर के न्यासियों, निष्पादकों और प्रशासकों को पक्षकार बनाना आवश्यक नहीं होगा ।
