Where any claim is preferred to property attached before judgment, such claim shall be adjudicated upon in the manner hereinbefore provided for the adjudication of claim to property attached in execution of a decree for the payment of money.]

जहां कोई दावा निर्णय के पूर्व कुर्क की गई सम्पत्ति के लिए किया गया है वहां ऐसे दावे का न्यायनिर्णयन उस रीति से किया जाएगा जो धन के संदाय के लिए डिक्री के निष्पादन में कुर्क की गई सम्पत्ति के दावों के न्यायनिर्णयन के लिए इसमें इसके पूर्व उपबन्धित है ।]
