Power to order interim sale
Full text (English)
The Court may, on the application of any party to a suit, order the sale, by any person named in such order, and in such manner and on such terms as it thinks fit, of any movable property, being the subject-matter of such suit, or attached before judgment in such suit, which is subject to speedy and natural delay, or which for any other just and sufficient cause, it may be desirable to have sold at once.

न्यायालय वाद के किसी भी पक्षकार के आवेदन पर ऐसे आदेश में नामित किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा और ऐसी रीति से और ऐसे निबन्धनों पर जो न्यायालय ठीक समझे, किसी भी ऐसी जंगम सम्पत्ति के विक्रय का आदेश दे सकेगा, जो ऐसे वाद की विषय-वस्तु है या ऐसे वाद में निर्णय के पहले कुर्क की गई है और जो शीघ्रतया और प्रकृत्या क्षयशील है या जिसकी बाबत किसी अन्य न्यायसंगत और पर्याप्त हेतुक से यह वांछनीय हो कि उसका तुरन्त विक्रय कर दिया जाए ।
