Full text (English)
When the copy of the record, except as aforesaid, has been transmitted to 1[the Supreme Court], the appellant may obtain a refund of the balance (if any) of the amount which he has deposited under rule 7.
पूरा पाठ (हिंदी)
जब यथापूर्वोक्त के सिवाय अभिलेख की प्रति [उच्चतम न्यायालय] को पारेषित कर दी गई है तब अपीलार्थी नियम 7 के अधीन उसके द्वारा निक्षेप की गई रकम की बाकी को, यदि कोई हो, वापस ले सकेगा ।
