Full text (English)
The High Court, after hearing the parties if they appear and desire to be heard, shall decide the point so referred, and shall transmit a copy of its judgment, under the signature of the Registrar, to the Court by which the Council”. reference was made; and such Court shall, on the receipt thereof, proceed to dispose of the case in conformity with the decision of the High Court.

यदि पक्षकार उपसंजात हों और सुनवाई की वांछा करें तो उच्च न्यायालय उन्हें सुनने के पश्चात् इस प्रकार निर्दिष्ट किए गए विषय-बिन्दु का विनिश्चय करेगा और अपने निर्णय की रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित प्रति उस न्यायालय को पारेषित करेगा जिसने निर्देश किया था और ऐसा न्यायालय उसकी प्राप्ति उस मामले को उच्च न्यायालय के विनिश्यच के अनुरूप निपटाने के लिए अग्रसर होगा ।
