Full text (English)
The Court to which a summons is sent under rule 21 or rule 22 shall, upon receipt thereof, proceed as if it had been issued by such Court and shall then return the summons to the Court of issue, together with the record (if any) of its proceedings with regard thereto.

वह न्यायालय, जिसको समन नियम 2 या नियम 22 के अधीन भेजा गया है, उसकी प्राप्ति पर इस भांति असर होगा मानो वह उसी न्यायालय द्वारा निकाला गया था और तब वह उससे सम्बन्धित अपनी कार्यवाहियों के अभिलेख के (यदि कोई हो) सहित समन उसे निकालने वाले न्यायालय को वापस भेज देगा ।
