Full text (English)
Where the defendant is a soldier, 4[sailor] 5[or airman], the Court shall send the summons for service to his commanding officer together with a copy to be retained by the defendant.

जहां प्रतिवादी सैनिक, “[नौसैनिक] या '[वायुसैनिक] है वहां न्यायालय समन को, उसकी उस प्रति के सहित जो प्रतिवादी द्वारा रख ली जानी है, उसके कमान आफिसर को तामील के लिए भेजेगा ।
