Full text (English)
The plaint shall show that the defendant is or claims to be interested in the subject-matter, and that he is liable to be called upon to answer the plaintiff’s demand.

वादपत्र में यह दर्शित किया जाएगा कि प्रतिवादी विषय-वस्तु में हित रखता है या रखने का दावा करता है और वह वादी की मांग का उत्तर देने के लिए अपेक्षित किए जाने का दायी है ।
