BNSS Section 315 — Remarks respecting demeanour of witness
When a presiding Judge or Magistrate has recorded the evidence of a witness, he shall also record such remarks (if any) as he thinks material respecting the demeanour of such witness whilst under examination.
जब पीठासीन न्यायाधीश या मजिस्ट्रेट साक्षी का साक्ष्य अभिलिखित कर लेता है तब वह उस साक्षी की परीक्षा किए जाते समय उसकी व्यवहार के बारे में ऐसी टिप्पणियां भी अभिलिखित करेगा (यदि कोई हों), जो वह तात््विक समझता है ।
