BNSS Section 470 — Return of warrant on execution of sentence
When a sentence has been fully executed, the officer executing it shall return the warrant to the Court from which it is issued, with an endorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
जब दंडादेश पूर्णतया निष्पादित किया जा चुका है तब उसका निष्पादन करने वाला अधिकारी वारंट को, स्व-हस्ताक्षर सहित पृष्ठांकन द्वारा उस रीति को प्रमाणित करते हुए, जिससे दंडादेश का निष्पादन किया गया था, उस न्यायालय को, जिसने उसे जारी किया था, लौटा देगा ।
