BNSS Section 527 — Public servant concerned in sale not to purchase or bid for property
A public servant having any duty to perform in connection with the sale of any property under this Sanhita shall not purchase or bid for the property.
कोई लोक सेवक, जिसे इस संहिता के अधीन किसी संपत्ति के विक्रय के बारे में किसी कर्तव्य का पालन करना है, उस संपत्ति का न तो क्रय करेगा या न उसके लिए बोली लगाएगा ।
