BNS Section 154 — Committing depredation on territories of foreign State at peace with Government of India

Whoever commits depredation, or makes preparations to commit depredation, on the territories of any foreign State at peace with the Government of India, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine and to forfeiture of any property used or intended to be used in committing such depredation, or acquired by such depredation.
जो कोई, भारत सरकार से शांति का संबंध रखने वाले किसी विदेशी राज्य के राज्यक्षेत्र में लूटपाट करता है, या लूटपाट करने की तैयारी करता है, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दंडित किया जाएगा और वह जुर्माने का और ऐसी लूटपाट करने के लिए उपयोग में लाई गई या उपयोग में लाई जाने के लिए आशयित, या ऐसी लूटपाट द्वारा अर्जित संपत्ति की जब्ती का भी दायी होगा ।

BNS Section 155 — Receiving property taken by war or depredation mentioned in sections 153 and 154

Whoever receives any property knowing the same to have been taken in the commission of any of the offences mentioned in sections 153 and 154, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine and to forfeiture of the property so received.
जो कोई, किसी सम्पत्ति को यह जानते हुए प्राप्त करता है कि वह धारा 53 और धारा 454 में वर्णित अपराधों में से किसी के किए जाने में ली गई है वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दंडित किया जाएगा और वह जुर्माने से और इस प्रकार प्राप्त की गई संपत्ति की जब्ती का भी दायी होगा ।
