BNS Section 205 — Wearing garb or carrying token used by public servant with fraudulent intent
Whoever, not belonging to a certain class of public servants, wears any garb or carries any token resembling any garb or token used by that class of public servants, with the intention that it may be believed, or with the knowledge that it is likely to be believed, that he belongs to that class of public servants, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both. di OF CONTEMPTS OF THE LAWFUL AUTHORITY OF PUBLIC SERVANTS In
जो कोई, लोक सेवकों के किसी कतिपय वर्ग का न होते हुए, इस आशय से कि यह विश्वास किया जाए, या इस ज्ञान से कि सम्भाव्य है कि यह विश्वास किया जाए, कि वह लोक सेवकों के उस वर्ग का है, लोक सेवकों के उस वर्ग द्वारा उपयोग में लाई जाने वाली पोशाक के सद्श पोशाक पहनता है, या टोकन के सदश कोई टोकन धारण करता है, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि तीन मास तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, जो पांच हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से, दंडित किया जाएगा लोक सेवकों के विधिपूर्ण प्राधिकार के अवमान के विषय में
