BNS Section 138 — Abduction
Whoever by force compels, or by any deceitful means induces, any person to go from any place, is said to abduct that person.
जो कोई, किसी व्यक्ति को किसी स्थान से जाने के लिए बल द्वारा विवश करता है, या किन्हीं छलयुक्त उपायों द्वारा उत्प्रेरित करता है, वह उस व्यक्ति का अपहरण करता है, यह कहा जाता है ।
