Duties of Prime Minister as respects the furnishing of information to the President, etc
Full text (English)
It shall be the duty of the Prime Minister—
(a) to communicate to the President all decisions of the Council of Ministers relating to the administration of the affairs of the Union and proposals for legislation;
(b) to furnish such information relating to the administration of the affairs of the Union and proposals for legislation as the President may call for; and
(c) if the President so requires, to submit for the consideration of the Council of Ministers any matter on which a decision has been taken by a Minister but which has not been considered by the Council. CHAPTER II.—PARLIAMENT General

प्रधान मंत्री का यह कर्तव्य होगा कि वह--
(क) संघ के कार्यकलाप के प्रशासन संबंधी और विधान विषयक प्रस्थापनाओं संबंधी मंत्रि-परिषद् के सभी विनिश्चय राष्ट्रपति को संसूचित करे;
(ख) संघ के कार्यकलाप के प्रशासन संबंधी और विधान विषयक प्रस्थापनाओं संबंधी जो जानकारी राष्ट्रपति मांगे, वह दे; और
(ग) किसी विषय को, जिस पर किसी मंत्री ने विनिश्चय कर दिया है किन्तु मंत्रि-परिषद् ने विचार नहीं किया है, राष्ट्रपति द्वारा अपेक्षा किए जाने पर परिषद् के समक्ष विचार के लिए रखे ।
अध्याय 2-संसद साधारण
